Once your order has been dispatched you can follow it from our warehouse to your door. Enter your tracking number below — it is in the shipping confirmation email we sent you.

No tracking number yet? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and the email follows as soon as the parcel leaves us.

If anything looks wrong, write to support@lilithnewyork.com with your order number and we will chase it for you.
